No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after a purchase is made. This includes but is not limited to:
- Personal coaching sessions
- Digital products
- Online courses and workshops
Service-Specific Terms
Personal Coaching Sessions: Once a coaching session is booked and paid for, it is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
Digital Products: Digital products, including downloadable content and online course materials, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please review the product description and any available samples before making a purchase.
Online Courses and Workshops: Access to our online courses and workshops is provided immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant access to course materials and digital content, we cannot offer refunds for these products.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund request, please contact our support team within 1 days of your purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to grant a refund is at the sole discretion of The Angel Study.
